Working Principle
Electromagnetic Control: When an electrical signal is applied to the electromagnetic coil, it generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field attracts the armature, which in turn drives the valve spool to move. By controlling the energization and de-energization of the electromagnetic coil, the valve spool can be positioned in different states, thereby regulating the flow direction and path of the hydraulic oil.
Flow Characteristics in Type O: In the O type configuration, when the valve is in the neutral position, all ports (P, A, B, and T) are blocked. This means that the hydraulic oil flow is cut off in all directions, which is useful for maintaining a stable and static state in the hydraulic system when needed. When the valve spool is actuated by the electromagnetic force, it changes the connection state of the ports, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow in the desired direction to control the operation of various hydraulic components in the concrete pump truck.
